Case & Bracelet

This vintage Rolex Sub has a Very Good case that has previously been polished and has wear from use. The watch has a fat font ‘long 5’ bezel insert that has faded to a blue/gray hue. Caseback is engraved, “Richard Clayton” The caseback is stamped: 5513 III. 66 Very Good newer USA C+I rivet bracelet with 12 links. Bracelet has average stretch for its age. Clasp is stamped: 75

Dial

Excellent tropical glossy gilt dial with creamy markers. The hands have aged to dark brown. The glossy portion of the dial has spidering. All of the lume on the markers is intact. The luminous material on the plots still glows briefly when subjected to light which is correct for this series of dials.

Accessories

No accessories are included in the purchase price of this vintage Submariner. The watch is running at COSC spec and was recently serviced.
